Wedding/Commitment Price List

White Mercedes Benz CLK Convertible - $150 per hour/minimum hire 2 hours, then $25.00 per 15 mins thereafter. Flat rate - $700.00 for 6 hours/day.


'Getaway' Option only - $200.00 (approximately 1 hour)

Mercedes Wedding Cars welcomes negotiation of pricing dependant on the type of vehicles wanted, the number of vehicles required, the hours the vehicles are needed for, the area the vehicles are required to operate in, and the time of the year.

Payment/Cancellations Conditions

PAYMENT:

Weddings/Commitment Hire: A deposit of $250.00 (non-refundable) per vehicle will be incurred on all bookings. All Wedding/Commitment booking payments are to be finalised at least 3 days prior to Wedding/Commitment day. Personal cheque payments must be finalised at least 14 days prior to the booking.


Special Occasions/Formal/General Hire: A deposit of $250.00 (non-refundable) per vehicle will be incurred on all bookings. All booking payments to be finalised prior to the vehicle's use for the booking.


CANCELLATIONS:

Weddings/Commitment Hire: Bookings cancelled within 3 months prior to the wedding will be charged the full amount of the booking. Vehicles cancelled before this will receive no refund of deposit.


Special Occasions/Formal/General Hire: Cancellations within 14 days prior to the booking will be charged the full amount of the booking. Vehicles cancelled before this will receive no refund of deposit.


CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Vehicles are supplied for the transfer hired.

Vehicles can be booked as per specific requirements, call for details.

Wedding vehicles are generally supplied for a minimum of 2 hours.

Every effort is made to provide the exact make and model ordered, but in the event of mechanical breakdown or accident, the next best vehicle will be used.
